1409 is an environmentally conscience line, made up of natural body products. The creator, Trece Barney first started an array of decadent body indulgences in May of 2005 as an answer to one of the most devastating illnesses known to women, Breast Cancer.

• In May of 2005 Trece’s mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, as when anyone receives news of this devastating illness of their love one or themselves, it sends them into an immediate questioning state of “Why” and “How”. This motivated Trece to read and research likely-hoods and links to this awful illness. One of the alarming factors she discovered, scientist have linked aluminum found in many commercial deodorants, as a contributing factor affecting the lymph nodes located underneath the arm in connection to breast cancer. Continuing research she learned many beauty aids we apply daily to our skin containing harmful chemicals, over extended time may all be contributing factors to many illnesses we embody. This led to the first product Trece developed, which is a natural deodorant spray made with mineral salts, distilled water, chemical free fragrance through steam distillation of herbs and flowers. 

Trece’s Mom is 110% healthy, in Full remission, and happy living her life today. Trece has continued the evolution of her product line, simply titled “1409” in which was named after the address in which she lived and gave birth to her All Natural Product line. 1409 is Fragrance, Lotions, Scrubs, Soaps, Massage Candles, Deodorant and more.
